2. We will provide you with a quote based on the # of days you need to load up your junk, +plus the weight of the junk you're loading.
3. Once you've approved the terms of the rental agreement, the dumpster will be dropped off on your specified date.
4. We will automatically pick up the dumpster you've loaded on the morning of the last day of your rental timeframe (Ex: 24-hour rental Drop-off Monday @ 9 am, then Pick up = Tuesday @ 9 am).

Please do not overfill the dumpster!
Nothing should be sticking up past the sides or it will be taken out. Strict laws require us to cover the dumpster during transit to the landfill.

Where do you deliver? We deliver to the DFW metroplex and surrounding cities. We charge $2 for every mile over our 25-mile radius from our location. For example, if you live in Denton (which is 35 miles from us), the additional charge would be $20 for being 10 miles outside of our radius.
-
How far in advance do I need to reserve? We can deliver on the same day in most cases. But always call/text/email us to confirm availabilty for the date(s) & dumpster size needed for your project.
-
How is the pricing determined? The landfill charges us based on weight and content. So, quotes are based on a combination of things including landfill fees, fuel costs, dumpster size, number of days needed, and distance. If your junk is more than 2 tons, you will be charged an additional fee of $75 per ton. Discarded tires are an additional $40 each if found in dumpster.
-
What payment method do you take?We accept all major credit cards. Full payment is required prior to delivery. Our automated system makes it easy to approve your quote to secure your reservation and put a credit card on file through our secure portal. Or, you can call (817) 675-0106 and a bilingual human can take your info and do all the things for you (also securely).
-
Does anyone need to be home at the time the dumpster is delivered?Negative, Ghost Rider. If you paid online and gave us a location to set the dumpster, there is no need for you to be present for neither drop-off nor for pick up.
-
Where can the dumpster be placed? We suggest putting the dumpster on your property in your driveway, or an area closest to your "working area". If you want the dumpster placed on the street or blocking a sidewalk, then you will need to get a permit from the city you are in.
-
Do I need a permit from the city?Putting a dumpster container on your driveway or any other part of your private property does not require a permit. A dumpster permit is normally required when placing your roll-off container directly on the sidewalk, street, or on any public property. This permit is also referred to as the right-of-way permit issued by the city’s work or building department. Depending on the city you are in, the process of filling out forms to apply for a permit may be done online, in person, or over the phone, and processing times for permits can vary from city to city.
-
Will the container damage the surface where it is set?We can set the container on boards to protect the ground surface from damage.
-
What can roll-off dumpsters be used for?Whether you're a homeowner or commercial businessperson, dumpsters can be used for junk removal, remodeling, cleanouts, construction/demo, roofing, landscape projects, yard waste removal, tree takedowns, or even purging after a bad break-up (no judgement here). We can also deliver the container with rock, mulch, or soil for landscaping projects for a small fee.
-
How much weight can the containers hold? You can load up to 6 tons (or 12,000 pounds) into our containers. Additional fees apply if you go over 2 tons.
-
What can be thrown into the dumpster? We can take most things, but WILL NOT ACCEPT any hazardous materials such as: oil oil filters car batteries paint refrigerators medical waste regulated hazmat material asbestos Tires are acceptable, BUT you will be charged an additional $40 each. * If any unacceptable items are found upon removal, we reserve the right to charge additional fees to your credit card on file.
-
What happens if I overfill the container, or I accidentally put unauthorized items in it?"We will unload any excess or easily noticeable unacceptable material prior to leaving your location. Strict laws require us to cover the container during transport to the landfill. So, if you overfill it and debris is higher than the sides or hanging over, we will unload it prior to leaving your location. The landfill will also inspect the materials we are dumping, so if any unauthorized material is found by them, we will be required to charge additional fees to your credit card on file.
-
What if I fill the container and still have more junk?Just let us know and we can come empty the container and drop it back off for an additional fee.
-
What's the best way to fill the containers? We suggest loading the bigger, heavier items first and the smaller items last.
